Health Benefits of Lemon
Lemons’ vitamins, fiber, and plant components can provide important health benefits. The pulp, rind, and juice are high in vitamins, which boost immunity and lower the risk of disease. Lemon’s soluble dietary fiber promotes good digestion. Lemons have approximately 31 grams of vitamin C, which is roughly double the amount of vitamin C required in your daily diet. Along with increasing immunity, this vitamin C boost can lower your risk of stroke and heart disease if used on a daily basis.
