Turkey’s fruit and vegetable exports increased 20,6% in 2021 compared to the year before and reached 2 billion 28 million dollars. Tomatoes, pepper and potatoes are some of the vegetables Turkey exports the most. Russia, Romania and Germany are currently the countries that import the most vegetables from Turkey. In the first quarter of 2022, Russia imported the most with 46.3 million dollars. Romania followed with 27.2 million dollars and Germany followed with 18.1 million dollars.
