Ways to Consume

Beans can be prepared on the stovetop or in a multi cooker/pressure cooker. Fill a big saucepan halfway with fresh water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook until the beans are cooked but firm. Depending on the type, most beans will cook between 45 minutes to 2 hours.
